At Grind, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and non-perishable food items.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box with the inclusion of your original packing slip.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
